Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. If you excel at handling customer inquiries and delivering outstanding service, we’d love to hear from you!

Working day : 5 day per week & 2 day off

Location: Public Transport accessible

Job Responsibilities:

Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.

Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat).

Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals

Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.

Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements:

Excellent command of spoken and written English.
(Able to speak and write Mandarin or Cantonese is a great plus)

SPM with at least 2 years relevant work experience (call center, customer service, tele sales, etc.) are welcome to apply.

Willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Immediate starters preferred.
