Data Analyst

Job Description

· Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify requirements for dashboards and reports.

· Communicate effectively with Beyondsoft’ s offshore team in Shanghai, China to report the progress and status of the projects.

· Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to track traffic and other business metrics on daily/weekly/monthly basis

· Analyze data and extract insights to help business team make better strategic decisions.

· Troubleshoot report refresh failures and apply timely remediation.

Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.

· 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst

· 1+ years working knowledge of SQL

· 1+ years working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau

· Advanced proficiency with C# or Python

· Superior analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable diving deep into very large fields of data, figure out how things work, then relentlessly testing and optimizing to drive desired outcomes

· Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion
