- Assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency are maintained at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients in accordance with food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Comply with all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
