## Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Lab Assistant to support our digital dental laboratory operations. The successful candidate will assist in the production, quality control, packaging, 3D printing, and daily laboratory activities. Training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of digital dentistry and medical device manufacturing.

## Key Responsibilities

### Production & Laboratory Operations

* Assist in the fabrication and production of dental appliances and orthodontic devices.
* Perform trimming, polishing, finishing, and assembly of dental products.
* Support daily laboratory workflow and production schedules.
* Ensure products meet quality standards before delivery.

### 3D Printing & Digital Workflow

* Operate and maintain 3D printers and related equipment.
* Perform post-processing activities such as washing, curing, trimming, and finishing.
* Assist in digital workflows, CAD/CAM processes, and digital file management.

### Quality Control & Documentation

* Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on products.
* Maintain production records and documentation.
* Support ISO 13485 quality management system requirements.
* Follow company SOPs and quality procedures.

### Inventory & Housekeeping

* Assist in inventory control and stock management.
* Prepare products for packaging and shipment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory and production areas.
* Support equipment maintenance and calibration activities.

### Administrative Support

* Assist with order processing and production tracking.
* Support customer service and internal coordination when required.
* Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

## Requirements

* SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Good hand skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable using scissors, hand tools, and laboratory equipment.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

## Added Advantages
