One (1) vacant position - Assistant Manager - Development

What You’ll Be Doing :

(a) Executive / Senior Executive - Development 🏗️

Performing research and study to source for new business opportunities / land banks for the Company.

Analyze new product trends and current market needs for future projects.

Assist to prepare management reports, feasibility studies and business proposals.

Liaising with authorities such as land office and local authorities on land matters and developments.

Collaborate with consultants, architects, and internal teams (Project & Marketing Department) in the design and planning stage of new developments—including the Banting Industrial Project.

(b) Assistant Manager - Development 🏗️

In-charge of project development planning and oversea project implementation including :

Strategizes Company’s business direction.

Identifies project development potential.

Formulates development concepts.

Strategies relevant authorities submission process.

Agreement & stakeholder administration.

Coordinate with internal departments.



Who We’re Looking For :

Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Property Development / Civil Engineering / Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience : Ideally in the property development industry 👷

(a) Executive / Senior Executive - Development (minimum 2 years of relevant experience)

(b) Assistant Manager - Development (minimum 6 years of relevant experience)

Solid understanding of building infrastructure and agreement administration.

Willingness to travel locally or overseas when required.
