Digital Marketing Admin

Salary: RM1,700 during probation
After confirmation: RM2,000
Working Time: 10am - 7pm(Mon - Fri)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Admin who is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation
- Prepare, organize and update documents, reports and client records
- Manage customer inquiries and reply messages professionally
- Follow up with clients on project progress and updates
- Assist with digital marketing operations and campaign coordination
- Manage data using Google Workspace tools and Microsoft Office

Job Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English (Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia)
- Must be comfortable using computers and online tools
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace & Microsoft Office, including:
* Google Form
* Google Sheet
* Google Slide
* Google Doc
* Gmail / Email management
* Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Able to use AI tools to improve work efficiency
- Familiar with Canva (design experience is a plus)
- Video editing skills / portfolio is an added advantage
- Customer service experience is a bonus
