Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
● Contact potential and existing clients via phone and other communication channels.
● Assist in client follow-up, including appointment scheduling and after-sales communication.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Track and update client records, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
● Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to leads and collecting feedback.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to improve client engagement strategies.

Requirements:
● Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Confident in making phone calls and handling client interactions.
● Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
● Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
● Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools or CRM systems is an added advantage.
