🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Strategy & Execution

Own and manage all performance marketing (FB/IG Ads)

Plan, launch, and scale campaigns that convert — from ACS launches to brand promos

Analyze what worked, what didn’t, and lead weekly optimization

Manage marketing calendar, ad budgets, and A/B testing plans

Lead & Grow a Rockstar Team

Guide Marketing Executives to deliver creative and data-backed work

Work hand-in-hand with Branding & Business Development to align message, audience, and activation

Share knowledge, give feedback, and build a performance-driven culture

Be Our Insights Powerhouse

Track daily/weekly KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, retention, etc.)

Analyze best-performing creatives, promos, and live shows

Provide insights to creative, live & product teams to build smarter campaigns

We’re Looking For

3–5 years experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role

Strong command of Meta Ads Manager Ads

Excellent in analytics, targeting, content direction, and budget control

Confident communicator who can align cross-department teams

Passion for fashion, content, commerce, and what makes people click

Bonus: You’ve worked with live commerce, KOLs, or co-creation models
