Digital Marketing & Web Executive

- Assist in building, updating, and maintaining Filken’s website and landing pages.
- Create and develop landing pages based on provided structures for marketing campaigns.
- Support the development of future e-commerce platforms (Shopify / WooCommerce).
- Assist in setting up and managing tracking systems, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Implement tracking for key user interactions such as WhatsApp button clicks, form submissions, and page engagement.
- Upload, update, and manage website content, including product information, banners, and campaign materials.
- Monitor basic website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, clicks) and report insights.
- Assist in identifying and resolving simple issues that may affect conversion (e.g., button visibility, layout improvements).
- Perform regular website maintenance, including bug fixing, plugin updates, and ensuring mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support campaign execution and optimization.
