Requirements

Possess a valid motorcycle driving license
Proven working experience as a dispatch rider or similar role is an advantage.
Familiar with local routes and traffic regulations.
Trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

Collect and deliver documents, parcels, or goods to and from specified locations within the designated timeframe.
Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of all documents and items.
Obtain signatures and maintain proper documentation for deliveries.
Assist with errands such as banking, post office runs, or government-related tasks (e.g., EPF/SOCSO/LHDN submissions).
Support administrative or office tasks when not engaged in delivery assignments.
Maintain vehicle or motorcycle in good condition, report any issues or service requirements.
Adhere to company policies and safety regulations while on duty.
