E-commerce Operations Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and print order details from various e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
2. Provide accurate order information to picking and packing teams, contributing to efficient order processing.
3. Handle inquiries and provide timely responses, maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
4. Take charge of various paperwork and documentation, keeping operations organized and compliant.
5. Be a key team player during high-volume times, ensuring timely order dispatch and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :
1. Process SPM , Diploma at least
2. Understand Chinese, Malay and English. (Understand Chinese would be add advantage)
3. Process own transport
4. Working Hour
Mon - Friday - 930am to 630pm (Work at Office)
Sat - 930am to 130pm (Work from home)
