Early Childhood Teacher

Requirements

Education: Diploma/Professional Certificate in Early Childhood Education, Education, TESL, English, Business, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a related role.
Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is preferred.
Location: Willing to work in Seri Kembangan.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Personal Attributes: High moral values and discipline.
Responsibilities

Assist with lesson plan implementation and instructional material preparation.
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning.
Help manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules.
Support classroom organization and setup of educational materials.
Assist with grading and providing student feedback.
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and field trips.
Ensure student safety in all settings.
Communicate with parents on student progress and behavior.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student needs.
Aid in language skill development and technology integration.
Support use of educational tools (e.g., computers, tablets).
Participate in professional development activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
