eCommerce Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to e-commerce operations, sales, customer service, and communication with vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of online stores (Shopee, Lazada) for ordering and delivery completion.

Coordinate campaign and promotion setup with platform category managers.

Optimize store pages, banners, and keyword search visibility.

Execute and track monthly platform campaigns (e.g., 6.6, Payday, Mega Sale).

Support in developing bundles, vouchers, and flash deals.

Monitor competitors and recommend pricing/promo strategies.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.

Work with customer support and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Ensure product reviews, ratings, and Q&A are managed and responded to promptly.

Qualifications:

1 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (Shopee/Lazada experience is a plus).

Acceptable working on weekend.

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (Excel, Google Sheets).

Familiarity with seller center dashboards (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).

Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable with KPIs and performance-driven environments.

Prefer Mandarin Speaker due to business nature.
