Qualifications & Requirements
⚬ Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
⚬ Experience: Fresh graduates with strong hands-on university/maker project experience are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in hardware assembly, wiring, or UAV maintenance is an advantage.
⚬ Key Technical Skills:
⚬ Proficient in manual soldering and rework (hands-on experience with XT90/XT60/AS150 connectors, wiring looms, and PCB pads).
⚬ Competent in using standard workshop test gear (digital multimeter, benchtop DC power supply, continuity testers).
⚬ Able to read and interpret electrical circuit schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly drawings.
⚬ Attributes:
⚬ High attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset when dealing with high-current electronics.
⚬ Enjoys hands-on workshop tasks including mechanical fastening, wire routing, and physical testing.
⚬ Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (for understanding technical specifications and supplier documentations).

Key Responsibilities
1. Hardware Assembly & Electrical Integration
⚬ Execute mechanical assembly of drone frames, motor mounts, carbon-fiber structural components, and custom enclosures.
⚬ Manage wire harness routing, heat-shrink insulation, and manual soldering for high-power distribution systems (e.g., 12S–20S battery systems, BMS, ESC power lines).
⚬ Integrate avionics and peripheral sensors (GPS/RTK modules, telemetry, video transmitters, obstacle avoidance sensors, and gimbals) while minimizing electromagnetic interference.
2. Firmware Flashing, Calibration & Quality Control
⚬ Connect flight controllers and onboard computers to host PCs to flash firmware, calibrate motor rotations, and configure basic operational parameters.
⚬ Perform comprehensive power-on tests using multimeters and regulated DC power supplies to verify voltage levels, continuity, and ground integrity.
⚬ Enforce pre-delivery Quality Control (QC) checklists, maintaining detailed serial number tracking, hardware revision logs, and factory test records.
3. Fault Diagnosis & After-Sales Maintenance
⚬ Dismantle returned or damaged units to conduct root-cause analysis across structural, electrical, and electronic failures.
⚬ Perform component-level and board-level repairs, including replacing damaged motors, re-crimping connector pins, swapping ESCs, and repairing PCB solder joints.
⚬ Document failure reports and recommend engineering refinements to improve overall system durability.
