Engineer (Environmental, Safety and Health)

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Safety and Health) or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Entry Level/Junior Executive specialised in Environmental, Safety and Health) Engineer or equivalent.

Working experience in production plant shall be an added value.

Candidate will act as a Environmental, Safety and Health Engineer for this job position.

Candidate must be passionate to be an Engineer and show strong attributes such as attention to details, highly organised and have a good fundamental in related field.





Job Description :

A. Main Job

Design, plan or perform engineering duties in the prevention, control and remediation of safety, health and environment hazards for the plant.



B. Job Scope

Work closely with Head of Department (HOD) to manage and maintain a good and acceptable standard for safety, health and environmental management system in Eternal Materials Malaysia Plant

To ensure all activity in EMM Plant comply with Malaysia Legal requirement stated

To update safety, health and environment law and regulation in regulation registry

To arrange and monitor all monitoring activity follow the requirement under Malaysia Legal requirement

To provide, maintain and update the procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) in safety, health and environmental aspects for all work activity

To maintain and manage all online registration and application connected with Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) and Department of Environment (DOE) workable and reliable

To arrange and organise training related to safety and health and environment issue

To record and investigate any accident and near miss cases inside the EMM Plant

To identify, analyse and control the hazard in workplace by following the guidelines

To set up any safety, health and environment program among EMM employers and employee

To conduct safety, health and environment inspection in workplaces and audit

To provide a monthly safety, health and environment report to plant manager and present to all department

To control and keep up to date regarding safety, health and environment document, report and filing system in office
