English Teacher

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Certificate in Education, English Language, TESL, Business Studies, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a related field.
Ability to teach multiple subjects is an advantage.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Willing to work in Seri Kembangan or i-City Shah Alam.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
High moral values, discipline, and professionalism.
Familiarity with teaching best practices and adherence to educational guidelines.
Responsibilities

Transfer knowledge effectively in an engaging and appropriate manner.
Challenge students’ thinking, foster debate, and encourage critical discourse.
Apply effective teaching approaches and methods to support learning.
Integrate research-based knowledge into teaching and external activities.
Identify learning needs, set clear objectives, and ensure materials align with goals.
Develop and deliver teaching materials across various modules and subject areas.
Use innovative techniques to inspire interest, understanding, and enthusiasm in students.
Supervise projects, field trips, and placements; provide academic support and study advice.
Design, assess, and provide constructive feedback on coursework and examinations.
Act as internal examiner for diploma/degree programs.
Continuously improve teaching methods through reflection and feedback.
Contribute to curriculum planning, development, and improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
