EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the capability and efficiency of production machines and equipment

Perform regular preventive maintenance on production machines and equipment according to the established schedule

Troubleshoot machine issues and malfunctions, and provide emergency repairs when necessary

Detect and identify faulty or defective machine parts that require repair or replacement

Support process and production teams in troubleshooting machines and improving product yield and quality

Follow up on new machine setups and trial runs

Monitor safety stock levels and ensure the availability of machine spare parts at all times

Ensure all maintenance records and checklists are accurate and complete

Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area for machine and equipment maintenance

Requirements :

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of working experience in engineering, process, or manufacturing is an advantage

Willing to work shifts, support overtime, and work on weekends

Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills
