ERP Consultant (Sage / Oracle / Workday)

Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and responsible individuals for the position of Consultant or Senior Consultant. This role requires one to possess strong managerial and interpersonal skills to play the key role in guiding corporate clients through seamless ERP system transitions while leading the full implementation lifecycle and ensuring smooth deployment of ERP solutions.



Job Descriptions

Handle full implementation lifecycle of ERP Cloud software on Financial System – from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.

Conduct requirement studies, system configuration, unit testing, system testing, UAT, and deployment.

Document "to-be" processes and solution design, including Functional Design Specifications, Data Migration Plans, Test Scripts, Training Guides, and Test Results.

Conduct user training sessions and provide knowledge transfer.

Perform end-to-end data migration (data mapping, cleansing, and loading from legacy to new system).

Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal standards.

Gather and analyse user feedback for system enhancement and continuous improvement.

Provide ongoing support to resolve post-implementation issues.



Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in ERP solution implementation at the Executive level; candidates at the Senior Executive level are welcome to apply.

Hands-on knowledge in ERP Cloud software on Financial System.

Proficient in documentation and project lifecycle coordination.

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Added Advantages:

Technical experience in module enhancement, report and process development, and system integrations.

Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, HTML, Java, and API programming.

Experience in implementing Sage Intacct or Oracle Fusion ERP in Financing.
