Language required: English and Mandarin.
Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level.
Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
Able to travel frequently to event locations.
Possessed written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and meticulous.
Ability to multitask and be a team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to work with tight datelines.
Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities

Serve as liaison and contact person for coordinating details of events with clients, outside vendors, meeting planners, and others involved in events.
Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients.
Cooperate with designer, production team and venue management.
Confirm and communicate room layouts and set-up requirements for events.
Assist in event set-up and takedown with all related logistics.
Perform final checks before and on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards.
Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
Evaluate event’s success and submit post event report.
Assist with all creative decisions that are event related.
Any ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager.
