Job Responsibilities:

Observed timelines, turnaround time while maintaining excellent customer service and quality deliverables of the following functions in Loan Processing Unit:

Drawdown of loan facilities

Collection of payment of interest, principal sum & commitment fee for loan accounts

Full/early/partial settlement of loan facilities

Rollover of revolving loan on maturity date

Issuance of Letter of Advice, Letter of Support, Audit Confirmation & Legal Due Diligence Letter

Handling & monitoring of housing development accounts and withdrawals

Calculation of redemption sum to assist in issuance of redemption statement

Preparation and submission of reports within stipulated timeline and zero error tolerance
