Executive Finance

What you'll be doing

Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

Conducting detailed cost and variance analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning activities

Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions

Implementing and maintaining financial controls and processes

Supporting the month-end and year-end closing process

Providing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

What we're looking for

Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Proficient in using financial software, such as ERP systems and Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
