Job Description

To manage the debt recovery portfolio involving the Group (including debt recovery actions against defaulting tenants on Group’s properties)

To assist, co-ordinate and work closely with external lawyers and other advisers on the preparation of advices/briefs and reviewing cause papers and all relevant legal documents in connection with the Group’s dispute resolution portfolio

To represent and attend where necessary, the Group at court or tribunal proceedings

To support and work with the team in rendering legal advice(s) to the Group and Management

To assist the Legal team in preparation of necessary reports and legal updates for consideration of Management

To be familiar with legislation and regulations/guidelines relevant to the businesses o the Group

To assist and work on any ad-hoc/special projects as and when directed by the Head

Job Requirements :

Possess an LLB (Hons) Degree from a recognized institution.

Minimum 2 years of post-Bar working experience.

Prior experience in a law firm, with exposure to litigation work.
