Job Description

Foreign Worker Management and Recruitment

Responsible for foreign DL hiring (Interview candidates and PDO for selected candidates at home country, and contract letter preparation)

Manage documentation and compliances with immigration, labor laws and RBA (Manage work permits, visas, pass renewals, FOMEMA medical check-ups)

Ensure workers’ contract renewals are renewed and tracked on a timely basis.

Maintain proper P-files filing and all other related document filing and tracking.

Primary contact person with government laision such as immigration and labour department (Handle inspections from labour department and adhere to JTK regulation)

Manage worker’s welfare and trasnportation such as workers’ welfare, home leave, coordinate trasnportation and repartriation.

Manage and attend to worker’s disciplinary and grievance issue.

Responsible to manage required documentation for audits.

Prepare reports and proposals as and when required.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.



Training and Development

Distribute training needs analysis (TNA) survey form to respective department managers and compile data in summary in preparation of Annual Training Plan.

Plan and coordinate trainings as per Annual Training Plan and also approved ad-hoc trainings. Update training calendar in shared folder.

Prepare and publish training attendance and training evaluation analysis in shared folder. Update attendance in Skill Base System

Plan and coordinate orientation for new hires and update orientation attendance in Skill Base System and tracker. Ensure slides are updated to comply with latest labor law and RBA requirement.

Quarterly monitor Training Post Evaluation and track and maintain GDP of training.

Responsible for HRDF management from training grant application and claims, liaison with HRDF personnel on training fund and purchase of training assistance equipment. Update HRDF expenses tracker.

Responsible to manage documentation and compliance for audits.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.


General HR Services

To support and participate in HR ad-hoc project/works as assigned.
