Lead and manage AROs to achieve marketing KRAs and KPIs.

Plan and coordinate marketing events and promotional activities with business associates, NGOs, AROs, and potential partners based on market segments, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact.

Liaise with media partners to enhance market outreach, including preparation of marketing and promotional content.

Collaborate with Mahkota Medical Centre and Regency Medical Care Centre on joint marketing initiatives and events.

Coordinate with AROs and walk-in patients on enquiries, appointments (new and follow-up), and payment processes.

Facilitate patient logistics including ambulance services, transportation, airfare, accommodation, and interpreter arrangements (if required), and support patient movement throughout treatment while managing expectations.

Lead and coordinate hospital familiarization visits for guests and visitors.

Guide and support marketing executives in handling international patient affairs.
