Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineer / Network / Mechanical Engineering / Logistic / Supply Chain Management / Operation Management or equivalent to any related field

Strong IT literacy with good understanding of digitalization transformation initiative particularly with Spare Parts’ business would be added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving and analytical skill

Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines)

A team player and possess a good teamwork

Excellent user of Power Point, Excel and Word

Willing to work at Perodua Headquarters, Sg Choh, Rawang, Selangor

Responsibilities

Vacancy 1 - System, Safety & Audit

To lead and execute the digitalization of Spare Parts Division (SPD) initiatives that includes managing Parts operations, Intranet Systems, and Warehouse Management Systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

To troubleshoot system issues with providing immediate restoration and developing effective countermeasures for continuous improvement.

To collaborate closely with the IT department on system development projects, particularly in User Requirements (UR) development and related activities

Vacancy 2 - Administration

To be responsible of the implementation of automation solutions within warehouse and office environments, ensuring seamless integration and operations.

To support administrative and operational system improvement project related activity
