Executive / Senior Executive - Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage and supervise the Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
-Monitor and coordinate delivery arrangements to ensure timely and accurate shipment to customers.
-Follow up and monitor customer payments, ensuring compliance with agreed credit terms.
-Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Finance) to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
-Prepare and submit monthly reports on delivery performance, customer orders, and payment status to management.

Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (additional experience preferred for Senior Executive level).
-Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
-Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
-Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in MS Office.
