Executive - Tenancy Administration

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to support a vibrant mall environment.

Assist in managing push carts and kiosks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Prepare and update tenancy-related reports, including tenancy agreements and rental master lists.

Coordinate tenancy agreements for new tenants and renewal cases.

Prepare e-memos and documentation related to tenancy matters.

Support rental collection and follow up on tenancy documentation.

Monitor and compile sales reports for retail lots, kiosks, and push carts.
