Facility Shift Engineer

Position Objective:

Plan, oversee and monitor Preventive maintenance of plant and facility equipment’s.

Ensure that all necessary calibration and regulations governed by Laws of Malaysia are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of facilities, systems, and equipment.

Perform maintenance and repair tasks on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Oversee and ensure optimal functioning of water and air systems.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance.

Support facility-related projects and upgrades.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Minimum Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Preferably 2-4 years working experience in related field. Juniors with interest in Electrical job for interior work are also welcome to apply.

Must possess Chargeman A0-A4.

Sound knowledge in building maintenance and facilities management.

Other Requirements:

Able to work on shift and independently with minimal supervision.

A team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Possess hand-on experience in maintenance of machinery and equipment’s.
