Family Care Assistant

The Job:

· Assists Family Care Consultant (FCC) in following up with existing clients and to attend to clients’ enquiries

· Assists FCC to follow up on after-sales and pre-sales progress

· Assists FCC on preparation of sales documents and financial records

· Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time

The Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/ Higher Diploma, Degree and/ or equivalent qualification in any discipline;

· Good command of the English Language and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (both spoken and written);

· Familiar with Microsoft office applications;

· Good interpersonal and communications cum presentation skills;

· Good team player, self-motivated, high self-confidence and able to work independently with minimum supervision;

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Must possess own transportation and willing to travel
