F&B Area Manager

What We're Looking For

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese — speaking, reading and writing (MANDATORY)
- Minimum 1 year of F&B experience, with multi-outlet management experience
- F&B, bubble tea, coffee, café, bakery, or pastry experience preferred
- Understanding of multi-site / franchise operations and store management
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work with China HQ and cross-functional teams
- Willing to travel frequently between outlets
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets
- Conduct regular outlet visits, inspections, and operational assessments
- Monitor service, product quality, cleanliness, equipment, and store standards
- Track sales, costs, productivity, and overall performance
- Improve sales, customer experience, and profitability
- Coach and develop Outlet Managers and store teams
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies, mall requirements, and local regulations
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
