F&B Supervisor / Shift Leader

Coordinate daily team tasks and ensure smooth sales operations.

Supervise food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance).

Train and coach new and existing staff to uphold service and brand standards.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Manage inventory: receive, inspect, store goods (FIFO), and place orders.

Operate POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures.

Promote brand image and ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.

Take action on non-performance and enforce company policies.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
