Field Trainer (Outsource)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training sessions on product knowledge and soft skills for clients and stakeholders
• Actively participate and provide support for new product launching related events
• Able to drive training initiatives and projects assigned
• Able to quickly learn new technology, practices, adjust based off market needs, and drive new and updated programs
• Able to work as a team player and also independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field.
• Possess 1 to 2 years of training experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Possess project management skills
• Able to analyze problems and provide strategies and solutions for improvement
• Able to motivate and influence team members
