Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Assistant to support finance and accounting operations within the construction industry. The role involves managing financial documentation, supporting accounting processes, assisting audits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily finance and accounting administrative tasks.
- Prepare, record, and maintain financial documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders, receipts, and related records.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records, databases, and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and account reconciliation.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation.
- Ensure financial records are properly organized and comply with company procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and clients on payment and documentation matters.
- Assist in project costing and other finance-related administrative tasks when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
- Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of accounting and audit processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
