FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Handle or assist full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries

Perform bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation, and AR/AP aging analysis.

Monitor cash flow, maintain proper accounting records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls

Prepare and submit SST, withholding tax, and other statutory filings

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records

Support year-end audit and tax computation

Handle general accounting-related tasks and perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management
