Finance Executive

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification is an added advantage).
Able to converse in English.
Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial regulations.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is preferred.
Responsibilities

Perform general accounting duties such as account payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting
Process tax payment
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transaction
Update all account and financial record in Autocount system
Assist in auditing process
Assist in Management account reporting
Any ad-hoc task request by Finance Manager.
Assist in preparing company's financial accounting and reporting systems;
Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. clients, auditors, company secretary, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue
Any ad-hoc task request by Finance Manager
