Finance Executive

About the role


We are seeking a talented Finance Executive to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur, MY. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and reporting.
What you'll be doing

Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and statements
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
Support the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the property or professional services industry
Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, with a good understanding of financial concepts and procedures
Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
