The Finance, HR & Administration Manager is responsible for leading finance, HR, and administrative functions for the Malaysia Global Service Center (GSC), while overseeing and coordinating operations for the Indonesia GSC. This role supports cross-border operations, office setup, statutory compliance, and acts as a key liaison across multiple countries to ensure aligned, efficient, and compliant GSC operations.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage finance and administrative processes for Malaysia and Indonesia GSCs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
Oversee cross-border finance operations, including accounting support, intercompany recharge, payroll cost administration, and month-end closing.
Prepare financial reports, cost analysis, and management reports for regional and Group stakeholders.
Lead and develop the Malaysia finance & admin team, while providing operational oversight and alignment to the Indonesia finance team.
Manage payments, reimbursements, and internal cost controls across multiple countries.
Oversee administrative and basic HR support, including coordination with auditors, tax agents, banks, and service providers in different jurisdictions.
Act as the main coordination and communication point between Malaysia GSC, Indonesia GSC, Taiwan GSC, Dalian HQ, and other mainland China GSC offices.
Support cross-country process alignment, system coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience; exposure to multi-country or shared service environments preferred.
Strong understanding of Malaysian and/or Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
Experience handling cross-border finance processes, intercompany transactions, or regional operations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP or accounting system experience preferred.
Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory); Bahasa Malaysia and/or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
