JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Process customer receiptings in a timely and accurate manner by matching sales invoices.

Work closely with WORQ Outlet teams to monitor and analyze Accounts Receivables status to ensure healthy turnover, including outstanding balances, credit note utilization and overpayments

Understand company cost structure and perform accurate and timely cost recognition for director claims and other operating expenses.

Take part in company community initiatives such as business networking events and members engagement activities.

Providing administrative support and other related tasks to the finance team.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in any Accounting, Finance or Business related major

Some experience in an office environment preferred

Experience with Microsoft / Google Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
