Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage financial consolidation, group reporting, and financial statement reviews, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

-Review and analyze the Company’s financial performance, providing actionable insights for management decisions.

-Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.

-Ensure full compliance with IFRS and corporate tax regulations across jurisdictions.

-Act as the key contact for audit and tax matters, liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other stakeholders.

-Drive internal control procedures and risk management initiatives to strengthen governance.

-Support and guide Finance staff on operational and technical issues, fostering a high-performance culture.

-Ensure the Finance team operates at an optimum level and meets all reporting and statutory deadlines.

-Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP ERP, enhancing process efficiency and reporting accuracy.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on strategic projects and business initiatives.

-Serve as a trusted business advisor to the management team, contributing to business growth and financial planning.



Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)

-Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)

-Minimum 7–10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a corporate and multinational environment

-Proven track record in leading financial operations and ERP implementation
