JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's overall financial management, accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, project costing and financial controls.

The role will have a strong focus on the construction/project environment, including project profitability, project cost monitoring, progress billing, variation orders, retention sums, subcontractor payments, WIP and project cash flow.

The Finance Manager is expected to provide accurate and timely financial information to Management and work closely with Project, QS, Procurement, Contract and Operations teams to ensure strong financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
