Finance Manager

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with expertise in Excel and financial software.
Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and experience presenting complex financial insights to senior leadership.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, self-motivated, and comfortable handling ambiguity.
Responsibilities

Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing insights to support decision-making across the company.

Strategic Business Partnering: Work with department heads to provide financial advice, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support growth.
Manage Financial Operations: Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations.
Improve Financial Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency while maintaining financial controls.
Risk Management: Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring long-term growth.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
