Finance Officer

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our team at Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns in Genting Highlands, Pahang. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health and reporting of our prestigious hotel operations.

Process credit applications and maintain customer credit records

Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Events team on billing matters

Ensure all charges (rooms, F&B, events) are correctly posted and billed

Prepare aging reports and submit to Finance Manager

Handle daily cash receipts and posting into the system

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, audit requirements, and SOPs

Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes and controls

Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial guidance and support to various departments

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Reads the hotel's SOP, Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health, and safety. Understanding the 360 Brand Pillar

Prepare and issue invoices for corporate clients, travel agents, and events

Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collection of payments

Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger with general ledger
