Finance Specialist (Account)

Job Description:

· Able to handle full set of account

· Monthly Management Account Report, Cash Flow Budget Report

· Prepared Bank Reconcile monthly

· Prepared Fixed Assets schedule monthly

· Process all Invoice to the Accounting System to ensure timely and accurate posting

· To ensure all the payment vouchers are being made and taken into the system

· Follow up on Invoice exceptions and ensure exceptions being investigate and closed on timely basis

· To ensure all processing and reconciliations AR, AP & Bank are completed at month-end

· Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow forecasts, highlighting key inflows, outflows, and funding requirements.

· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to audit, tax, and financial reporting.

· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bank, lawyers, and other regulatory authorities.

· Handle accounting, tax, and compliance matters for multiple external clients.

· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior

岗位职责：

· 能够独立处理全盘账务；

· 编制月度管理账报表及现金流预算报表；

· 每月准备银行对账表；

· 每月准备固定资产报表；

· 处理所有发票并录入会计系统，确保及时且准确入账；

· 确保所有付款凭证已制作并录入系统；

· 跟进发票异常问题，确保及时调查并解决；

· 确保月末完成应收账款、应付账款及银行的处理与对账；

· 编制和维护每月现金流预测，重点标示主要的现金流入、流出及资金需求；

· 确保遵守与审计、税务及财务报告相关的法定与监管要求；

· 与审计师、税务顾问、公司秘书、银行、律师及其他监管机构进行沟通与协调；

· 同时负责多家客户的账务处理及财税服务；

· 执行上级交办的其他临时任务



Job Requirement:

· Possess at least an Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, MIA or CPA are encouraged.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

· Good communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language will be an added advantage for Mandarin speaking Clients

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.

· Experience with Accounting System SQL, Autocount, Xero or QuickBooks is a strong advantage.

· Candidates with working experience in a consulting firm will be an added advantage.

· 拥有会计、财务或相关领域的高级文凭或学士学位；具有 ACCA、MIA 或 CPA 等专业资格者优先

· 至少具有 3 至 5 年相关工作经验

· 具备良好的英语和马来语书写及口语沟通能力；能使用中文者将有优势（适用于中文客户）

· 熟练操作 Microsoft Excel，掌握高级函数与公式

· 具备 SQL、Autocount、Xero 或 QuickBooks 等会计系统使用经验者优先考虑。

· 具有咨询公司工作经验者将被优先考虑。
