FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE (FOR SMALL BUSINESS)

We are seeking Passionate, Self Motivated, Independent and Trusted Professional to Lead our Financial Team in Our Family.

Job Responsibilities: Basically, Lead on Overall Finance Operations including (but not limited to):
• Ensure accurate and timely Financial Reporting, Accounting Records, Month-end Closing, Management Report in compliance with accounting standards
• Timely Provide Financial Insights to support Business Decisions, Profitability Improvement and Company Growth (when required);
• Managing and Timely Prepare for Company Yearly Audit.
• Lead Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Planning to ensure Achievement of Company Operations (Business Objectives).
• Managing and Advisory to The Stakeholder on Financial Performance, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Cost Control and Profitability Analysis.
• Advisory to The Stakeholder on Taxing with compliance with Relevant Regulations.
• Manage to Establish Banking Relationships and Capable to Prepare for Bank Facility Applications
• Establish effective Internal Controls, Identify Financial Risks and Implement Mitigation to Safeguard Company Operation.
• Financial Advisory to The Stakeholder on Commercial Contracts, Investment Decisions and Business Initiatives to optimize financial outcomes (when required).
• Lead and Develop the Finance Team to Enhance Performance, Accountability and improvement.

Requirements:
• Professional, Passionate, Self Motivated, Independent and Trusted.
• Willing to Work Independently and Good Communication with The Stakeholder.
• Min 3 Years working experiences in related field;
• Degree / Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or a related field;
• Others Professional qualification (such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred
• Others Soft Skill is highly preferable.
