Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage fit-out, renovation, and revamp projects.

Review drawings and ensure compliance with company guidelines and authority requirements.

Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.

Coordinate with tenants, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.

Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion and opening.

Assist in resolving technical, operational, and maintenance-related issues.

Conduct handover and pre-opening inspections.

Maintain project records, reports, permits, and documentation.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 2 years experience in fit-out, renovation, interior construction, or property coordination.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiar with construction drawings, fit-out coordination, and site supervision.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic project documentation.

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
