Floor Manager

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
Proven ability to effectively manage and supervise a team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with relevant certifications preferred.
Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and quality control procedures.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in alignment with company standards and customer expectations.
Manage and supervise floor staff, including training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution, to maintain a motivated and productive team.
Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols to guarantee compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Monitor and control costs related to floor operations, including labor, supplies, and waste, to optimize profitability and achieve financial targets.
Maintain quality control standards for food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring consistent excellence and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels for floor-related supplies, including beverages, condiments, and cleaning materials, to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
