FLOOR SUPERVISOR (NON HALAL RESTAURANT) - Cheras

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and monitor daily floor operations and staff performance.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints promptly.
-Train and guide team members to deliver quality service.
-Oversee product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the area.
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
-Prepare daily reports and assist in scheduling shifts.
-Enforce company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:
-Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification.
-Experience in retail, restaurant, or service industry is an advantage.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
