Freelance Graphic Designer

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a creative, experienced and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer to support our marketing and branding initiatives in Europe and North America on a Contract for Service basis. This is a remote and ideal for an experienced freelancer who can deliver high-quality design work within agreed timelines.

Scope of Work
- Create marketing and branding materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, social media posts, presentations, advertisements, event materials, and packaging support.
- Design both digital and print materials while following company brand guidelines.
- Work with the marketing team and other departments to understand design needs and deliver quality designs on time.
- Prepare final artwork files for printing and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
- Support photo editing, image retouching, simple video editing, and basic motion graphics when required.
- Use AI tools to support design ideas, image creation, layout options, content adaptation, and daily workflow.

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- Good skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or other AI design tools.
- Good sense of layout, colour, typography, branding, and visual presentation.
- Experience in both print and digital design.
- Able to follow brand guidelines and also bring new creative ideas.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple projects.
- Good communication skills and able to work with different teams.
- A design portfolio is required.

Preferred Qualification
- Experience in healthcare, medical, dental, industrial, B2B, or corporate marketing design is a plus.
- Knowledge of print production, packaging design, product photography, or event materials is an advantage.
