Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but a Diploma is acceptable for entry-level candidates.
Previous sales or marketing experience, even internships or volunteer roles, is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to cater to a diverse clientele.
Enthusiasm for learning about financial products and services, particularly in risk management.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and company events.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
