FULFILLMENT OFFICER/OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Job Description

a) Coordinate with sales department on customer orders for the order fulfilment and logistics planning

b) Managing delivery schedules, liaise with outsource logistic companies to ensure prompt deliveries

c) Overseeing day-to-day warehouse and sales operational support activities.

d) To ensure all orders are process with accuracy & timeliness

e) General sales administrative work.

f) Inform sales team or customers of unforeseen delays or problems

g) Ensure all reports such as Daily/Monthly Sales / Delivery reports are submitted on time for management's review.

h) Enforce FIFO principle in deliveries, storage and replenishment of stocks to minimize ageing, deterioration and wastage of consignment

i) Examining, identifying, planning and managing warehousing processes and operations which involves reporting, and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are accurately maintained.
